Full Job Description:
Sparrow Fertility Services provide home nurses for fertility patients who are not comfortable giving themselves their injections. Nurses are needed to administer subcutaneous stimulation injections and intramuscular injections at times, requested by our clients.
Coverage areas:
We work with women throughout the Columbus metro area.
Hours:
4P-12A as most injections are prescribed in the evening, but some protocols do have AM shifts as well. Nurses can choose to work between 2-5 days per week. Shifts are posted online using a free scheduling app and are available on a first come, first served basis. We do honor our clients requests if they would like to have the same nurse throughout their journey, and in this instance, the work could be 10-14 days straight for the same 1-hour shift.
Requirements:
• MUST HAVE FERTILITY EXPERIENCE
• In home care and injection experience required
• Current Ohio RN/LVN license
• A car to travel to appointments as assigned
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A smartphone that can be used for directions and checking into and out of appointments
